Today he builds and backs specialist businesses as an operator, investor and board adviser, hosts the Global Roundtable Podcast, and gives time to mentoring and education.

Focused on insurance, facilities management and technology. The firm works quietly, values discretion, and has completed about 75 transactions over seventeen years. Nick has personally advised on 25-30 exits, typically £10-30 million, with clients across the UK, US, Europe and Asia.

Director (London). Nick leads overall strategy and growth at Panacea Brokers Ltd, a UK brokerage focused on high-net-worth private-client insurance. He oversees key insurer relationships, private-client advisory, and day-to-day operations alongside John Silcock.

Supported the CEO and Chairman on three major funding rounds, securing £40m investment from strategic investors in the US, Korea, and Japan.

Supported the CEO and Chairman in a Series A funding round in 2024, securing three major strategic investors in a £5m raise for FA Bio's agricultural biotech platform — microbial discovery for sustainable crop protection.
